- What happens when I reach the 3-patient limit on Starter?
- You can still log your own data. Your clinic dashboard will show the first 3 linked patients. Adding a 4th requires Pro.
- Is my health data secure?
- Your cycle data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Clinic staff only see your data if you share your invite code. You can revoke access at any time from Settings.
- Does WoHealthLight work without internet?
- Yes. You can log entries offline. They sync to the server when your connection returns. Your clinic sees the data after sync.
- Can I cancel Pro anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep Pro features until the end of your billing period. No lock-in.
